Networking Problems

Hi, I have Win XP installed on (2) computers connected with a Router (D-Link DI-704P). I also have a cable modem connected. I am having problems accessing files between computers. The internet connection works fine on both computers.

I ran the wizard on both computers - still no luck!

I have the same setup as you and i used the ip address from the d-link setup pages to search for the computers i wanted to connect to....
Use the search icon in "My Network Places" search the ip and after this you can use that same address to connect using explorer and the map network drive thing
