Hi guys
I am fairly new to networking and need some help, I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction.

I have connected the cables for the computer.

The version of Windows used is Windows ME for one computer (Main computer) and the other computer is Windows XP.

I am not sure how I can go about setting up a network between two computers at home to share files and internet
connection. Internet Connection is Dial-up.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks very much.

Kind Regards,
Lagoon1

First if it is a direct connection make sure that the cable is a switch cable, then you can use internet connection sharing wizard to share your internet connection
