I am having trouble connecting an IP Office 9.0 to a BCM 450 6.0. I have followed the instructions but still having trouble. I can call from the BCM to IP Office and have 2 way speech path so everything is working perfect that way. Now from the IP Office to the BCM is a different story. I posted the same thread on the IP office link and was told the problem is on the BCM side as the IP office is sending the correct digits to the BCM. Is there something I missed on the BCM 450 programming to receive calls? I have the target lines setup to receive the correct digits and assigned to phones. What am I missing?

Also, I never see anything in the BCM 450 Monitor while a test call is made from the IP Office to the BCM.

Is the Remote Gateway programmed on the BCM?
Are you making sure to use Private under Routes and Private under Target lines?

Yes the Remote Gateway is setup in the BCM as I can dial the IP office, just not from the Ip office to the BCM. I have tried public and Private on the SIP trunks and both Private and Public are programmed on the target line.

I have one similar to that but I'll double check with that manual. thanks!!

The guide curlycord is referring to, I followed to a tee and I have a BCM 450 V6 and IPO 9.0 running great in my lab. I even have a ShoreTel Release 14 working just fine with the IPO and BCM as well.
