networker reports giving java error

I am not really sure how long ago this starting happening to us, but it has been a few upgrades ago. Every time we try to use networker gui to view reports we get a java error. If anyone has any ideas on to look into resolving this that would be great. Our networker server is running solaris 10 and networker is now on 7.6 The error we get is as follows:

JZ006: Caught IOException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: Connect

It looks like it something is refusing conenction, however I dont understand why it would even have to leave the system to get anything. Everything should be right on the server so shouldnt be a firewall issue?

Hi,

Do you add the upgrade code including in release notes?
when you do ps -ef | grep LGT what do you have?
What of jre do you have with solaris in /usr/java?
Do you have the symbolic link odbc.ini in /?
Do you try to move gst database and start with a new one?
Do you try with max privileges to administrator accompte *@* ?
