Greetings from Seattle,

I have to networked Prologic systems that share a common Intuity Audix. The Audix is at site A. Users at site B when the currently pick up their handset and dial "0" they are getting site A's auto attendant. Site B would like to simplify things and go directly to the operator when they dial "0". You would think this could be done in the routing. Hopefully there is an easy solution for this.

Thanks much,

Soop

Did you ever find a resolution to this, where did you change these parameters? I have a similar situation, but am having trouble locating the field where this is set.

Thank You,
Christen Aiguier

Display your dialplans and look at what is assigned to Sites B's zero. Is it extension or Attendant?

After much hunting, I found the entry in a vector...unexpected location, but I'm all set now.
"change vector x"
route-to number xxxx with cov y if unconditinoally
stop

Thanks!
Christen
