I've got the excellent Mike Meyers Network+ book but was disappointed to find that the CD doesn't include the book as a PDF.
Do any good Network+ books provide this?

I used both the Sybex and the Syngress study guides for Network+. The Sybex one comes with a CD, the Syngress one provides a website with a simulated exam. I believe both helped me pass the exam the first time I took it.
