Network security tool 2

Does someone know of a good free network discovery tool(scanner) that will do the following:

1. Scan a subnet or range of IP addresses and return the IP address, and machine name.

2. Able to export to an excel spreadsheet or comma/tab delimited format.

Is there among them something lightweigh, written accurately, which does not install vaste quatity of files? Which does not copy DLLs into system directory(as so many applications do), does not mix with system files?
