User has Windows xp pro on their pc. They are authenticating to a Windows 2003 Standard Server running Active Directory. When they change their password due to expiry rules, they have to disconnect and reconnect all their mapped drives and also re-log into their Outlook when they start it up for the first time after the pw change.
Once they do this, they do not have to do this until the next pw change. Why is the network not passing the new password to all the user's resources?
We have Exchange Server, SQL Server 2000, a Terminal Server, File Server, WebServer. The SQL server has a 2nd instance of the Active Directory.
Thanks in advance for any help.
