Hi
I have a home network with 4 pc. 2 are in win98, 1 in winxphome, 1 xppro. the 2 xp are for the company and the others for the kids.

My question is how i can securise my network and stop the access to the kids too xp station.

thanks for your help

Don't share anything on XP machines?

Put passwords on any shares if you need to share between XP machines?

On XP pro, if you disable simplified sharing, win98 machines won't be able to access its shares. I think XP Home always uses simplified sharing - so password protection.
