network printer drops off user pc 1

If all of this users network printer connections are lossed then try to start the print spooler in the service.
That could be a cause if he/she lossed all network printers. Usually when the print spooler is not started automaticlly or did not start up during the bootup this can cause a user to not have any network printer connectivity at all. If this is not the problem then it could be something else. But check his print spooler to see if it is running or not.
