Network Neighborhood in w2k3

I have a w2k3 server on the network, yet I can see it on other computers when going thru My Network Places and Entire Network. I can search for it and find it, but the server is not visible among all other machines on the network.

Also going the other way around, on the w2k3 server I can't see ANY other machines on the network

what is goign on?

why bother ? it's just browsering protocal, even u don't see in network places, u still can \\server\share to map it or connect to it.
