Hi,
I have a 8 computer peer to peer network. I have Internet connection sharing between a designated windows xp pro computer and the rest of the computers. All 8 run Windows XP Pro. Today I added a computer running Windows 2K pro. All 9 computers are connected with one problem, 1 of the computers refuses to connect to the new 2K Pro machine. I can ping both ways. Both computers connect to everyone else. I have rebooted several times the entire network.
Why can the 2000 Pro be connected to everyone else except this one XP Pro machine?
And if I can ping both ways, why don't they appear in network places?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
