Looking for a crash course on this. I have N*M and UM experience, so it shouldn't be that hard.. Can someone tell me where i can find some refference material on NEM?

all of the BCM50 documentation is located on the BCM50. If you connect to the OAM port via a straight through cable to a DHCP enabled machine, go to You will get a menu with links for various software and documentation.
