We have mapped network drives that connect with a different user name. After connecting these drives and logging off and on, the drives appear with red X's through them. When clicking on them it prompts for the different user name logon credentials . - This is expected, but when we connect to more than five resources as a different user, and log off and on, it locks the "different user" account.

ANy ideas on how to stop this locking out the account?

Thanks

On the server go into Active Directory User and Computers and change the properties of that user so that the Account is never locked.

Thanks for the quick reply. But corporate policy is that we can't do this. Plus the domain on which the account locks out, we have no control over, its controlled by our sister company.

I'm wondering if there is anyting client side we can do?
