Network Connection Problems in XP 1

Trying to figure out what is cuasing us not to be able to connect to this laptop. The laptop shows that all ports are listening, but using portqry on my end shows NOT listening.

We need to get RDP to work and so far no go.

1.Firewall is disables --> we can ping

This is what we tried so far:

C:\>ping tomg
