When I go to Start->Settings->Network and Dial-up Connections window, the list is empty. All I see is 'Make New Connection'. I don't see any other connections. My computer is connected to the local LAN in my company and also at home but I never see anything in this window. This is strange. Does anyone know why I can't see any of my network connections in this window?

Thanks much.

Hi, sgupta76,

Have you run a virus check?

BigJohnD,

It is a corrupt registry entry. I belled this cat already. It is not an unusual problem.

And, best Holiday Wishes to you.

BigJohnD,
I tried all the links that bcastner posted but none of them worked for me. How did you fix your corrupt registry issue?

Thanks.

I found the problem. It was to do with my dcom setting to 'anonymous'
