Hello to all the memebers, can someone help me out. Here is my problem. I have a small network of 7 pc's. One is acting as a server and the other 6 are clients. My problem is that all of a sudden on one client it didn't want to print. So I tried re-intalling the shared printer. To my surprise I could not connect to the network. I can't see any of the other 6 computers from the problematic pc.

On another note, I can't see this computer from the other 6 computers either. What is bugging me is that I share my internet connection through the ICS program in Windows and to my surprise I can browse the internet. I was expecting it not being able since I thought that the computer was not connected to the network.

I'm using Windows ME on all of the machines.

Please Help.

Daniel.

Did you make sure the Sharing /folders/files/printers was enable may have gotten disabled.

mrfixit,

Yes I did check for those settings. I found the solution. I can't believe how simple my solution was. I just figured it out.

Someone had setup the firewall and it was not letting me share with any other pc.

So, I just removed it.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Daniel.
