Netware SMS - can't see volumes

I am using BE v.9.1 for windows servers, and I am successfully backing up many Netware servers. On 2 of the servers, I cannot see the volumes. I have gone through TID 236442 a couple of times, and I'm not sure what to try now.

Are you sure you have the remote agent installed?

I believe the agent is fine. I should add that the backups had been running fine for many months.....

Try to update the TSA on the Netware server. Version 17 is the newest one.
