Netware Server cannot connect to NDS tree.

I have installed sophos anti-virus on a Netware 6 server but after loading sweep in rconj, you are asked to specify you login account which should be CN=Admin.O=Organisation
and then key in password. However when I enter the admin, password a message comes stating that I could not be logged into the NDS. I have reinstalled sophos several times but the same thing happens when I try to login. I installed it on another sever without any problems. Any help?>
