A small network of 100 users. We need to find a utility that will sync user passwords ONCE every thirty days. When NT and Novell get out of sync, IT'S A NIGHTMARE! The phones are off the hook for a week straight! HELP Please!

NDS for NT works very well if setup correctly. The newest version is much better than the old 2.0 and 2.01 verison etc. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I work with NT servers, NDS for NT as well.

Another solution - make it so only ONE system has expiring passwords (Novell would be my choice), show the users how to use the Novell client to change all passwords at one pass. Also, consider that the more often you force password changes, the more the users will write them in obvious places. If you let the passwords stay static, and charge the users with keeping them secure, they will pick passwords that are harder to break; let them know that if they are compromised, that they can change them, that it is THEIR responsibility to change them.
Good Luck!

Whre can I get a copy of the latest version of NDS for NT. Can I use it for Windows 2000 server too? Thx.

Our network is similar to your one. We have already installed the Novell Intranetware Client for Windows NT Version 4.0.5000 and do not have the Passwrd sync. problem. Do you use this program ?
