I have a netware server at home and am going to be exerimenting with linux soon. I would like to access my files on the netware from the linux machine. Has anybody tried some of the netware clients for linux out there? Alot of them only support IPX and bindery but I'd like NDS and TCP/IP. Thanks.

Hi

Yes...here is a place to get IPX and IP client and the client works fine on either protocol.. it looks just like the windows client logon but it takes a bit of work to get some support files.

Here is the link to the Novell client that supports IP

support files can be gotten from here

Have fun

Hi

we have it working with RedHat 8 and it works great using either IPX or IP...and it is very very fast browsing the volumes, much better than windows, that is for sure.
