Would it be a way to do a backup of my Novell 5 Server on a workstation ? My tape backup is broken, i may have to wait a few days to get another one and instead of using a tape backup i'd like to know if there's a software that would act like the tape backup but transfering the data on my HD... DNS, volumes etc...

Netware backup on workstation's HD

The only way I can see you doing this is by just copying stuff to the workstation manually. You could start it off before you leave every night.
However, you have to bear in mind that you will be copying the data to a different file system and what can happen is you may loose the long filenames if you are unlucky. -----------------------------------------------------
