Netware App Launcher Freezes

When NAL is reading items the PC locks up. This happens most, but not every time. We have a classroom of 30 PC and it may happen to any one of them.
HELP!! please

Have you identified whether it is happening on a certain application object? This problem solving may be the place to start? -----------------------------------------------------

Thanks. We've tried removing all the apps and it still freezes.
