Netware 4 to 6 - Single Server 2

Hello,

I have a single server running NW4.11 and am about to upgrade to Netware 6 using the Migration Wizard. So far the issues I can identify are as follows:

Full Backups of files and NDS
NW4 must be SP9
NW6 running a Temp-Tree (pre-migration mode)
NW6 must have SP2 on it??? (can this be correct - as I have heard that this does not work)
Workstation (will be XP) connected to both trees, latest Migration Wizard from Novell.

Can anybody offer any tips or experiences with a single server migration?

Great information! We just completed the same upgrade, and we did have issues with SP2, we also lost all queues and had to recreate; also, we lost some security info; rights were gone but only on a couple of volumes...

Looks like this FAQ covers most areas that we had problems with.
