Netware 4.11 to 5.1 Upgrade 1

We are planning to upgrade our network from 4.11 to 5.1. Our remote site has a single 4.11 server. Any tips, pointers, headsup, or relivent information anyone can give on making it run smoothly would be great. I've done clean, full installs of 3.x and 4.x, but never an upgrade and nothing in the 5.x world.
