Current platform is 3.12. I want to get a "complete" office installation for Email, File/print, Application and future WEB hosting. Is NetWare for Small Buisness 4.11 a good platform vs. NT BackOffice for Small Buisness Server. Have 20 clients, 40 max in future. Also note that V4.2 is shipping. What about NetWare 5 and should I be concerned about the TCP/IP issue?

NetWare 3.12 Upgrade Advice.

Well, Netware 5 can work in a pure IP environment but you probably don't need that capability. NWSB(4.11 or 4.2) will handle your office requirements. They will run either the older Web server from Novell or the Netscape FastTrack which is pretty good.

Thank you for the responce. I have been looking at trecent reviews of NSB 4.2 and it looks like thats the way I'll go. They have increased the client count to 50 and it appears the backup and fax bundled with it is superior to what it was in 4.11 or in MS BOSBS.
