Netware 3.1 and WinXp

I seem to be having problems copying and installing setup files such as Lotus Notes and Norton AntiVirus from the Network to a Win Xp pc. Is this because our network is from the dinosaur age and does not play nice with XP? Is there a way to work around this?

We had the same problem with this
we simply upgraded our novell netware from 3.1 to 5.1 and this practicly did the trick.

HI.

This could also be other issue. Did you check that:
* The applications are compatible with XP?
* The user installing the application have the needed permissions on the XP box itself?
