I am using Netshield 4.5 SP1 already hotfixed, on an NT box. Scan engine is 4.2.60 and dat is 4.2.90 (which I updated manually).
I also have a proxy server. Now here goes a tip and then a question:
1. In any other computer running XP, win98, win95, win2K, etc, I autoupdate via ftp, but the port I use is 80, not 21, and everything runs fine.
2. If I try to autoupdate on an NT box, even if I use port 80 or 21, the autoupdate always returns the same error: "An unknown error occurred while reading from the remote system and the connection was dropped." I am logged in as an administrator. What's happening?? I surfed almost ALL the nai web site and didn't find anything that could help me.
