Hello:

I try to access Netscreen 5XP Web User Interface using Internet Explorer. When I go to
Network > Interfaces > Untrust > Edit > VIP I
nternet Explorer returns error

"A Runtime Error has occured. Do you with to debug? Line 108. Error: 'undefined' is null or not an object."

Other menus have no problems.
Please advice! Thank you.

Try logging as the Box admin. I've had a lot of occurances where my account caused that, but when I log in as the root-admin, it allows you access to the java classes that you need.

I logged as Box admin - there is just one admin account, but still have the same issue. Any ideas?
Thank you.

What version of ScreenOS are you using? And what version of IE are you using?

Yeah, that's weird... I'd try a firmware upgrade.
