Problem accessing a FTP site via Internet Explorer or WS_FTP. Works fine from our Citrix Servers via IE. Only difference is that the Citrix servers have a public IP address mapped to it. Could it be an issue with NAT and dynamic IP's?
Are you trying to get to the FTP site from the internet to your netscreen(Juniper) protected network? Or is it the other way around?

We are trying to access an FTP site from the inside of our network. Basically just opening up IE and typing in the FTP address. Since that did not work I thought maybe using a FTP program might help, but it didn't. Now, if one of our computer has a Public IP address assigned to it via MIP (in netscreen) then it does work.
You should set up a MIP pool and associate it to FTP traffic. That way you can use FTP from anywhere inside your network and not have to setup a specific MIP for each PC or Server.
