Netlogon share

Is the Netlogon share a default share created by AD or something? I could of swore that I saw it on my PDC/AD a few weeks ago, but I can't see it now.. If I create this netlogon share, where should I put it? Does go in a certain policy dir or what? "tis better to remain silent and be thought of as a fool..

this should help the path you are looking for is

C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\"domain name"\scripts

scripts is a folder shared out as "netlogon" (and not scripts)

the netlogon is created when your member server is promoted to a domain controller, you should not have to do this manually
