Netlogon Event Error 5719

Getting the following in Event Viewer on W2K server running IIS(over 100+ entires since 10/01/00):

No Windows NT or Win2K Domain Controller is available for Domain 'X' The following error occured:
Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Currently have 1.74GB free on OS partition(C
and 2.30GB free on data partition(D

Suggestions on resolution?

Seems to be. Again it's sporatic...a few days of no problems then the netlogon bandit strikes a couple of time within a day, then it's fine again.
Recommendation for what to check with the netlogon service?
