OK, I know its not a 3COM but I am out of ideas.
I have a site using a Netgear RT328 Router, for connecting to the internet and email.
Now every now and then say about once a month the number used to dial the internet gets blacklisted, so nothing works, no email no internet (they pull mail down from the isp when there is activity on the router). Noone on site has the router password, or would have any idea how to change this.
To fix its just a case of removing the number from the blackist, its the only one there. and all works again, but the customers are looking for a reason why this is hapenning, and I am not sure.
