netexpress and old mf cobol

Hi everybody
I am using netexpress 3.1 yet and I had one problem
old mf cobol have

- $set preprocess"window1" command

and _cbl_open_window function. But when I compile this file with netexpress 3.1 (for .exe files).

CIOT0112.OBJ : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _CBL_OPEN_WINDOW
CIOT0117.OBJ : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _CBL_CLOSE_WINDOW.

is it doesn't work with netexpress 3.1. Ýf doesn't work how can I do this.

The handling of windows and providing GUI interfaces in the product are now handled by the "Dialog System" in NetExpress 3.1. Window handling support as a process in the COBOL language has been replaced. You should have the "Dialog System" as part of a standard NetExpress 3.1 install. You will need to consult the online documentation to learn how to work in the "Dialog System" or contact Merent for classes. If you have experience in CICS, this is what the "Dialog System" closely resembles.
