Hi everyone!

Does anyone have any recent experience of using Netcall's Queuebuster in conjunction with Symposium?

We have just received a mailshot from a company touting for business, and "the management" made appreciative noises!

Does anyone know if it's worth looking at (I did some agent testing at Telewest three or so years back, and when it worked it was great - but to make it work, the IT team and Netcall's techs had to stand on their heads and look at it sideways :-D )

Any opinions (or alternatives!) would be of great help to us.

On this line, does anyone know if Nortel C.C.6 has functionality similar to this?

Thanks in advance,

Mike Healy.

Have a look at the Nortel compatible product called callback Q4U (Nortel developer partner, CT-Solutions). Same features as Queuebuster but not as expensive. I dont beleive Nortel have any plans to introduce this feature into their own portfolio in the near future.

Hi Ed,

Thanks for your reply, all the bumph from CT-Solutions should keep tha management team busy for a while!

Do you use Q4U in your business?

Thanks,

Mike

Have used their outbound solution (SimpleDial) in the past and currently looking at Q4U.
