Netbuilder II 427

Hi I have a router that the flash has been wiped out on...it is a Netbuilder II 427 3C8427C. Does anyone have a boot.68k file that I can get?

Can you perhaps supple me with the boot.68k file for your 427? Do you perhaps have other software for the 42x range?

I can supply you with the 422 AB (Access Router) software ver 10.1.0.168

may I ask if you managed to flash your 427 with a new firmware?

According the the 3COM site, the 427 is _not_ software-upgradable!?

If it is possible to upgrade the 427 to the newest 11.4 firmware, is somebody willing to tell me how to do so?
... I'm stunned, as I have not found any firmware file on the 3COM site.

The latest version you can upgrade your 42x to is NBRI_CF_10.1.0.168 (Full Router - 427).

You might need extra flash and ram tho'!

I upgraded my 421 successfully with the above.
