Two Questions....
1. how do I change the following parameter. Documentation is lacking to say the least.

%NBU-I-TIMZONE, client/server NBU$TIMEZONE_DIFFERENTIAL (none)


2. Am trying to get NB to return a status code that will not result in VMS interpreting as a 4. NB says it is ok with a 0 Status Code.

After experimentaton got the answer to both:
1. NBU$TIMEZONE_DIFFERENTIAL can be defined with the number seconds difference there is between your timezone and GMT. For example a five hour difference is shown this way:
define NBU$TIMEZONE_DIFFERENTIAL "-18000"

2. If the code looks for status in HEX.... you get the desired result.
