Netbackup Enterprise Media Manager 1

Windows 2003 Standard server OS on a HP DL380 with locally attached HP Ultrium 2 drive. Can not get past an issue with both the Netbackup Enterprise Media Manager and Resource Broker services startup okay but stop after about ten seconds with the following error being written into the event log:-

EMM interface initialization failed, status = 334


Due to this I am unable to get the device added into Netbackup, any help would be appreciated

Command did not complete successfully.

Not sure where in the registry to check that the correct media server entry is entered?
