Netbackup drives are going down

Hi,

My netbackup drive is going down. I tried to bring it up by running command vmoprcmd -upbyname <name of drive> but it going down again when i run the backup. Any help for this is appreciated.

Hi,
Try delete driver from netbackup with gui and rescan again for master /media servers and plase chaech driver display maybe that's broken

Hi,

Thanks for reply. This issue has solved now. We saw below error in logs (tldcd[31925]: TLD(0) cannot dismount drive 1, slot 27 already is full). We moved one tape to another slot and issue has been resolved now.
