Netbackup 4.5 Error-11 on Linux systems

This is a problems we're having with a few of our older Redhat 6.1 boxes. Incremental backups work fine but full backups error out with a "db_FLISTsend failed: system call failed (11)." I've looked all over the 'net for help on this, but even Veritas's site has very little on it. We were having the same problems with some windows systems, but a registry change fixed that. No such luck with Linux.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Have you confirmed the file system using df?
It could be almost full.

One of the systems in question has two mount points that keep failing, /home and /.
/home is 4.2G with 710M free
/ is 2G with 1.5G free.
So I don't think it's a space issue.
