.net installed in IIS, simple question...

Hi i'm working on a web server 2003 standard edition, IIS6 has 10 websites, one of the webs require a webservice that utilize .net framework 1.1, another web has a third part application that requires .net 2.0

Are there problems with two webs requiring different .net versions in the same iis ?

I'm running IIS6 with multiple web sites and different .Net versions on the same box. Just make sure you point the different .Net sites to different application pools. You'll see errors in the event log when the application pool tries to serve up the various .Net versions in the same pool.
