net helpmsg 2250 ???

Hi,
I got this new laptop (Win2kpro, SP3) and sometimes when Im surfing (direct cable or DSL) the the cmd prompt will open by itself, now before the system goes haywire there is a message that reads, 'type net helpmsg 2250' for more info on what is going on. I do and it says network connection cannot be found. If I just let it go 15 -20 cmd windows open automatically and the I get a fatal blue screen that Im not used to seeing in win2kPro.

What is going on here? Itried searching the MS knowledgebase but turned up nothing, your help would be great!

when this happenend...only via my routers DHCP NAT...why what do you suspect?

error message 2250 means "the network connection does not exist" according to winerrors. Could be a flaky nic/cable. Good luck, and Happy Computing
