NET Broadcast Event Window .1.0.5 message when shutting down PC

Hello all, I been having a problem when shutting down my pc I recieve an end now message .NET Broadcast Event Window .1.0.5. This error started to appear shortly after I installed a radeon 9600xt graphics card. I have been googling this error but cannot seem to fine a fix for it. I have had the .Net framework installed prior to the radeon card for Visual Studio.Net and have had no problems. If anyone knows how to fix this I would really appreciate it.

How is it when you shutdown in Safe Mode?

If it does so without the message, try these to eliminate the cause.

Yeah I tried all you mentioned and still couldn't determine the problem. And now that I have downloaded .net framework 2.0 for vs 2005, the error pops up twice now on shutdown.
