Will nero imagedrive run under windows 2000 professional, if how?

I assume you mean Nero Drive Image..

as per ahead..

Nero Burning ROM requires this minimum configuration:

Pentium 90, 16 MB RAM
12 MB free hard disk space
CD-R, or CD-RW, DVD-R/RW or DVD+RW drive*
Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP


Looks to me like it will. Install the product and follow the prompts..

i have already tried to install nero burning rom under win 2000 but imgae drive does not install but the other components go smoothly, where as it automatically installs under win 98.

Is your version of Nero compatible with Win2000?? You may have to upgrade !!

Suggest you check the Nero homepage FAQ's for a definitive answer.

softwares like virtual cd, clone cd, cd copier etc which are softwares which can create an image of any cd rom and save it for later use. the saved image can be used instead of the cd rom, a seperate drive letter is also assigned and the image can be inserted into it.plss let me know whether softwares like these work under win2000. image drive which comes bundled with nero burning rom is a similar software

Suggest you go to whatever softwares website you are contemplating using and check their FAQ's or system requirements.. You can do this as easily as any of us and you might learn something !!

Nero drive image, Daemon tools, there are lots that will do it, and they do work in Win2k.
There. I've maybe saved you a search, but I still suggest you check the FAQ's of the software you intend to use.
