Our order entry people are having a problem when entering an order for a specific AR and two specific items. The items have a custom price of $155. When entering the order the price is showing up as -199.50. I went into price codes and changed the items price for that AR to $154.99. Now when entering an order the price shows up as -199.443. The last time this specific AR order this item was four days ago and everything was fine. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Josh

An order for a specific AR? What does this mean? Do you mean a specific item?

We do pricing by customer type. Some customers having special pricing on certain items. The customer I am refering to has customing pricing on the items causing the problem. The pricing is fine for everyone else I have checked and was fine for this specific customer 4 days ago.

So when you look at price code maintenance for this combo of customer type and specific item number, is the data correct?

Yes. The pricing is all correct by type and customer specific.

And the dates in the price code file are correct?
And there is only one record in the price code field for this item and customer type?

Double check the customer to make sure it is still the same customer type.

Also look at selling and stocking units of measure and ratios to make sure they are the same.

Make sure the item is not a kit or configured item with price rollup set to yes.

Check the price code useage in OE package setting to make sure that it is setup correctly.

There was no start date on the special pricing. Thank you much. All is good now.

So someone changed this from 4 days ago. You should restrict access to price code maintenance.

It's restricted. She must have made a mistake. Thanks for the help.
