Needing help to become an expert in 48 hours!!

I've setup other phone systems before like Talkswitch and Intertel, but now i need to fully setup an Avaya system. i've done the typical Day 1 stuff, so all hardware is connected and running. 7 handsets distributed, plugged into structured cabling, all patched in the appropriate DS ports. IP 406 V2 is online and accessible via the manager. i can get incoming calls and perform outbound. so the basics are done. Now i need to get into the good stuff. voicemail, email, call routing, firmware updates, etc.

What is the best way to learn on this stuff ASAP. i've read the installation guide cover to cover, but it does not get into any real advanced features. any documents, guides, resources, sites, etc out there that i can get a quick matrix type download to my brain so i don't look like an idiot to my client.

Indeed the marketing tools.

But when you have manager open then go to the right place (for example voicemail) and then click on help.
This will mostly guide you to the right place.

But if you don't know then you should probably take the advances class.
The basics are indeed basic but the advanced stuff needs experience.

You cannot learn the "good stuff" stuff in IP office in 48 hours, it takes at least a few months working or two courses each 40 hours and a few weeks to get experienced.
No matter your IQ and/or how willing you are.

for VM Pro work through the examples exercise in the docs it will at least give you the general Idea

unfortunately it still takes time after training to learn your best working practices as there is often more than one way to do it.

Thank you all for the feedback so far. i have found the KB website to be very useful as well as the online manager help guides. for the sake of providing feedback to the community i will post how a fared after the next 2 days. The reality is i dont have the time to go to the class, so i just needed to get this going any means necessary. so far its' challenging, but progressing.
