Hi Vodka,
This sounds similar to an application I wrote recently that takes pictures of people registering for a conference.
If your camera has a TWAIN driver, you can use some of my code to get you started. Check out my article, "Controlling TWAIN devices from within VFP" at:
My application saves each picture to a separate file, rather than a General field. However, you can easily use APPEND GENERAL to get the image into your table.
