I forgot how to set one of these up. I have our Symposium setup to after hours forward to an extension, which is supposed to be a mailbox. However, I need to setup a phantom TN that is a mailbox only (or forward to mailbox). How do I set this up? Thanks
This is a small 3 person call center. They have a procedure that includes checking the voice mail in the AM. At some point in the past, this was broken. No one told me anything, until now of course there is an urgent need for this again. No telling how long it has been broken...
