Need to set a Parameter Description through VB

Does anyone know how to set a Crystal parameter description through VB. I am using the RDC and can easily set a parameter's value (via the "AddDefaultValue" method) but I see nothing about setting a description. I do see a "NthValueDescription" method which accepts an index as an argument But I have not gotten this to work. Any suggestions?

That is the desctiption of a single value. I wouldn't expect that you could change the name of a paremeter field. If you explain why you want to change it, I may be able to give a workaround. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

I don't want to change the name of the parameter field itself. I want to add a description to one of the values in the picklist. As I said I can add, delete, or modify the actual value in the picklist but not its accompanying description.
