I have a partner messaging system with 4 lines.
I need the last two lines to go a different voicemail box.

Lines 01 02 are Company A
Lines 03 04 are Company B

Lines 01 / 02 are answered by the Auto Attendant in #206 7 Assigned.

Lines 03 / 04 are set as not assigned in #206 7
#208 to Ext. 20
#310 to assigned
#320 to 3 for Ext. 20
#321 to 3 for Ext. 20

What have I missed to get the last two lines to be answered by ext 20's voicemail?

Here is a few things to check;
1.) Call ICM-20, does it cover to voicemail?
2.) When you call Line 3+4, does it ring, #321 counts the rings physically on the phone before letting it cover.
3.) If you installed the system, did you do a system erase on the PBX to eliminate any corruption? If not I have had lines act "screwy" like this
4.) If all programming is correct, what I had to do on a few systems is use #301 to unassign the lines from the phones, use the same program to reassign the lines to that phone, and try again. If you use #206 group 7, you must go into the voicemail and assign that mailbox to that phone. Good luck
